Returns & Cancellations

If you need to return or exchange any item please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt.

If you want to cancel an orer you have a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period from the day you receive your goods, in which time you should notify us by email that you wish to cancel the order, upon which you will receive a full refund, including any original delivery charges.

We can only accept returned goods in their original packaging & in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning goods to us for exchange or refund is the responsibility of the purchaser.

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit to us & would recommend that customers obtain proof of posting when returning goods.
